If you are using a PC (Macs have built-in viewing) you may need to download the latest version of Adobe Reader to view the .pdf files.
Some movies and other media will require Quicktime. Most PCs (and all Macs) will have it already installed. You can get the latest, free version, here.
Legacy versions of Microsoft Windows (older than Windows 2000) will probably require an old version of Quicktime (6.5.2). Download it here.
Some of the movies will also require the Macromedia Flash plug-in.
Internet Explorer from Microsoft is a terrible web browser. I'd highly suggest downloading a Mozilla Browser, such as Firefox. (At the very least upgrade to version 7 of IE. The other versions are atrocious.)
